Creative Outbursts CIC are recruiting a youth support worker and youth support worker/driver for our mobile youth work Boombox Youth Project in Weston Super Mare.

The youth support worker/driver is required to drive our 3.5 ton Peugeot boxer van and must be aged 25 years +
Both positions require some experience of working or volunteering with young people aged 11-17 years.
Candidates will need to be caring, non judgemental, excellent listening skills and be passionate about making a positive difference to the lives of young people.
Candidates will need to be available to work Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday evening and live within easy travelling distance of Weston Super Mare.
Minimum contract is for 3 hours per week.
Salary range is £13.30 – 11.20 depending on youth work qualification and experience
